In addition to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), which we have been operating for many years, we have established and are operating an advanced manufacturing and quality control system in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Our cosmetics and quasi-drug manufacturing division has also acquired ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) certification. We have earned the trust of customers in various fields, including manufacturers of cosmetics, quasi-drugs, and health foods. In addition, medium to large cosmetic and medical equipment manufacturers have been asking us to work with them on a continuous basis for many years. We have a well-equipped inspection, packaging and packing facility environment.

Three of our seven distribution baseshave clean rooms or semi-clean rooms (750 tsubo in total), where we manufacture and distribute cosmetics, quasi-drugs, medical devices, etc. Of course, we also have the necessary equipment for these tasks.

In addition to distribution processing services such as lot printing, replacement of efficacy notes and labeling tack stickers, we also offer a total range of services utilizing our experience and achievements, from sample kit creation and storage inventory management to mail-order logistics agency services such as product inspection, packaging and packing, and individual delivery. Inspection of cosmetics and quasi-drugs on behalf of customers, acceptance of returns, and renewal.

We also offer a service where we inspect the damaged (torn) package shrink, re-shrink it, and re-deliver it to the distributor. It is also possible to set up call centers and return receipt centers with cash-on-delivery agent processing. We can also handle the inspection, sorting, and lot reassignment of B products, as well as the processing of their transfer to outlet products.
