It seems that you provide total services, but can you also handle just individual packaging and logistics processing operations?: Of course. Because we are a total service provider, we can make appropriate suggestions based on our understanding of the process before and after.

Can you handle spot work such as promotional campaigns?: There are a lot of campaign jobs that have strict deadlines and yet are quite short and voluminous. We have been working with sales promotion campaigns since the beginning, so we are familiar with the characteristics of these operations. We will provide you with appropriate suggestions on how to avoid risks.

Is there a free estimate or consultation?: No fees will be charged until you sign a contract. Please feel free to contact us for a valuation, estimate, or consultation. You can also take a tour of our distribution center to make sure that you are satisfied with the results.

Can you arrange for packages, cardboard boxes and packing materials?: We also have designers on staff who can help you with your print and package design needs. Also, please consult with us about various packaging specifications, and we will make appropriate proposals. Furthermore, our distribution center is located in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, a city of paper. We believe that we can offer speedy and inexpensive solutions not only for printed materials, but also for packaging and cardboard.

I’m worried about the leakage of personal information…: Please rest assured. We have acquired ISO27001 certification, the international standard for information security. As you can see from the fact that we were the eighth fastest company in Shizuoka Prefecture to obtain the certification, ahead of other major companies, we are proud of the fact that we have always had a very high awareness of information security. The space where personal information is handled can only be entered after going through the digital numeric keypad and unlocking the vein biometric authentication key.

Can I get a meter reading?: We are also equipped with a meter reader and metal detector. We are also equipped with automatic precision scales. While our visual inspection is highly evaluated for its high accuracy, please feel free to contact us for these mechanical inspections as well.

Can you also inspect and meter imported products?: We can handle both domestic and international orders. In addition, we can handle not only inspection and needle inspection, but also setting work, packaging, packing, and shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, so please feel free to contact us.

Is there a clean room?: Owned by each office (Head Office, Logistics 1, Clean Room Building). The clean room building, newly constructed in February 2016, is a distribution center dedicated to clean room operations, including operations that require a high level of cleanliness, such as health food and medical equipment. For other products such as cosmetics and quasi-drugs, please feel free to consult us as we will work in an appropriate working environment according to your needs.

Logistics processing, what kind of work can you do for me?: Picking, assembling, packaging, and packing are the ones that generally come to mind. However, we have received various consultations and requests for installation and product processing. Please feel free to contact us if you think, “I wish they could do this for me…” If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can you provide shrink wrapping?: We also have an automatic shrink-wrapping machine. We also have a clean room, so we can work in a clean room. Please let us know the size of the product to be shrink-wrapped, the packaging type, and the working environment.

Who is the shipping company? Can I specify the shipping company?: We deal with shipping companies such as Seino Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post. It is possible to specify according to the customer’s requirements, cost, lead time, etc. We also have in-house systems for each shipping company, so as long as we can receive shipping information from the customer’s system, we can handle this without any particular burden. What are the fares?: Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where the distribution center is located, is in the middle of Japan. Therefore, customers who are considering nationwide delivery will benefit from the lead time and cost advantages. Freight rates vary depending on the shipping company, the size of the package, the quantity shipped, etc. We do not have a price list, but please feel free to contact us with your budget.

Do you have an inside job?: We currently have about 100 registered internal workers (outsourced staff in our company). If you are interested in our services, please contact us directly and we will provide you with a manual and explanation of the work. Therefore, unlike the image of scattering to unspecified people in a housing complex, we are able to achieve very high quality and accuracy in our work. Of course, we also conduct our own in-house inspections after receiving the products, so that our staff can identify any inappropriate products in case they are found. By combining subcontracted staff with in-house work, we are able to respond quickly and with fewer errors.

Where is your company’s sales office?: Our head office and distribution center are located in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and we have a Tokyo branch as a sales base. Our sales staff is located there, so we can respond to all kinds of inquiries and requests with a lot of footwork.
