We were consulted by a major beverage manufacturer to manage the secretariat and shipping agent for their campaign operations. This campaign is a frequent flyer campaign where you can always get a prize if you apply as specified, and we tended to receive a lot of inquiries about whether the application postcards had been received and to confirm the details of the applications. In order to respond to such inquiries immediately and accurately, a method for managing both application postcards (paper media) and application data (digital data) is key. In some cases, it is necessary to check the actual postcards, but since the number of applications exceeds 100,000 each time, proper physical management is necessary. On the other hand, we receive more than 200 inquiries a day, so we need a system that can immediately inform us of the status when we are connected to the phone. We have been entrusted with the operation of the secretariat and shipping agent for a total of 8 campaigns in 3.5 years, with a total of 1.5 million campaigns.
