Quality control and information security management<\/span><\/h2>\n

We are an outsourcer of campaign planning and management and general logistics. We believe that the most important thing is to “always provide the quality above the specified level<\/strong>” and to “protect the information<\/strong>” entrusted to us by our customers.<\/p>\n

ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)<\/dt>\n
We have adopted ISO 9001 as our quality control system.<\/strong>The certification was obtained in December 1999.<\/dd>\n
ISO27001 (Information Security Management System)<\/dt>\n
Adopted ISMS as a mechanism to manage information security.<\/strong>In November 2004, we simultaneously obtained BS7799:PART2:2002 and ISMS Certification Standard Ver.2.0, both of which are certification standards for information security management systems.
\nIn addition, in November 2005, we migrated to the international standard ISO\/IEC27001. <\/dd>\n
ISO22716 (Cosmetics GMP)<\/dt>\n
In order to deliver cosmetics and quasi-drugs to our customers with quality and safety assured, we have adopted GMP guidelines for cosmetics.<\/strong>In June 2019, we obtained ISO 22716 certification, an international standard.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

Basic Policy on Information Security<\/span><\/h2>\n

Information security management is not an additional, optional component, but a fundamental and essential component of our business operations in light of its social nature. We will maintain our social nature and protect our raison d’etre through its continuous implementation.<\/p>\n

  • Our job is to “deploy people in the space while accumulating the number of people required by the customer to perform the work or service for the required time, and complete the implementation within that time.<\/li>\n
  • We are in the logistics business, using information assets, including personal information entrusted to us by our customers, to deliver millions of customer-supplied products and other items to end consumers every year. In the unlikely event of a leak of these information assets, the social impact would be huge and the damage to our customers would be immeasurable. Therefore, we recognize that it is our social responsibility to ensure the safety of these information assets and that it is essential for us to continue our business.<\/li>\n
  • The work we do and the services we provide must be value-added and competitive. We must also strive to improve customer satisfaction by making them feel safe and secure. Our customers outsource their work to us on the premise that we are a compliant company and that we are operating in accordance with the ISO27001 manual, an international standard for information security. We will act in recognition of the trust we have earned in our ability to prevent even a single incident of leakage of information assets.<\/li>\n
  • In order to build and maintain the best possible information security system to secure and maintain the trust of our customers, we have established our basic information security policy here. By ensuring that each and every one of us complies with this basic policy and implements thorough information security measures, we can eliminate the risk of information leaks while protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. As a result, we will realize our management philosophy of “serving society and making each and every one of us happy.<\/li>\n
  • In order to make everyone happy, we will make serious efforts to establish an information security system by discovering problems on site, assessing risks, and implementing the PDCA cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
